Snow Stakes were provided by the Association on a one-time basis to all members in 2020. Members are responsible for using the provided Snow Stake to mark their servicing curb stop from October 15th until April 15th of each year. Snow Stakes must be in place year-round if the curb stop is not clearly visible. Members will be responsible for the cost of replacement Snow Stakes.
If a member fails to mark their servicing curb stop with a Snow Stake as prescribed under the section SERVICE resulting in the Association having to complete the said marking, replacement cost and service fees will apply.
